These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tribe Funnels (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”), operated by Remote Leads OÜ. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The Service
Tribe Funnels is a software platform that helps you research, plan, generate, and build marketing funnels, landing pages, offers, creatives, and related assets, including with the help of AI. The Platform provides tools and AI-generated suggestions; you remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any output.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Your Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of the business information, briefings, files, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”) and of the funnels, pages, copy, images, and assets you create on the Platform (“Your Projects”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content and Your Projects solely as needed to operate and provide the Platform to you, plus the limited marketing license described in Section 4.
4. Marketing & Case Studies
You agree that we may feature Your Projects and funnels — including screenshots, page designs, copy, images, and other creative assets you build, together with general descriptions of what was created — as examples and case studies of what can be built with the Platform, for our marketing, promotional, and educational purposes (for example on our website, social media, and in presentations). We will not disclose any numerical data, metrics, statistics, conversion rates, traffic figures, revenue, sales, or performance results of any specific funnel or project. Case-study use showcases what is possible to create, never the commercial results of a particular funnel. If you do not want a specific project featured, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@tribefunnels.com.
5. AI-Generated Output
Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing all output for accuracy, legality, and suitability before relying on or publishing it. We do not guarantee any particular result and are not responsible for decisions you make based on the output.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purpose; not to send spam or violate others’ rights; and to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party services you connect (such as advertising networks, payment processors, and messaging platforms).
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates third-party services (including AI providers, hosting, payment processing, and advertising platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Payment & Credits
Paid features, access fees, and generation credits are billed as described at the point of purchase. Generation credits included with an active Pro (weekly) subscription expire 7 days after each grant. Credits purchased separately, or granted at signup, expire 12 months after being granted. Access granted under the one-time Standard license remains valid for as long as the Platform is publicly available. If our pricing changes, the amount of credits included with your plan may change accordingly going forward. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees and used credits are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no guarantee of any business, marketing, or financial results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Remote Leads OÜ is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
